I have a Samsung 850 EVO with CrystalDiskMark @404.7/99.47 R/W and 3x8TB with ReFS RAID Parity in Storage Spaces @368.7/21.17 R/W. (These are ran on the Win Server 2016)

For reference, 1 of the 8TB (exact same drive) runs @168.2/170.8 R/W. (This is ran on my PC)

I know that ReFS has a 2GB Buffer but I ran the tests with a 1GB test. Also the 850 EVO is on NTFS so this nullifies the Buffer part.

Any help appreciated.

edit: Hardware is a Ryzen 1700, ASRock X370 Gaming-ITX/ac, 1050Ti.

edit2: I previously had a FreeNAS system before (on USB) and have gotten 1Gb/s transfers just fine through cable. Now my transfer through cable is topping out at the write speed mentioned. Everything including SATA cable were not messed with for the 3x8TB Drives. The only change was the additional of the SSD for the Windows Server 2016.
