Comparing System Builds (1st PC)

I need opinions on what system I should build...

Mostly opinions on the performance and upgradability on the CPUs.

Also, if the price difference is worth it.

AMD system, the upgrade path is the deciding factor. The Intel build is already 1 generation behind with no upgrade path to 8th gen, so it's not worth it.
