So I've been playing Bioshock Infinite and after ~4 hours in, whenever I loaded the game, it would last anywhere from a couple minutes to 10 before crashing or freezing and sometimes popping up something like "Direct3D 11 device removed or crashed but has been recovered." Apparently frequent crashes were a thing with Infinite, but none of the suggestions i tried worked (underclocking, disable steam overlay, etc.). I updated my graphics drivers from Crimson 17.8.2 to Adrenalin 18.7.1, but that didnt help. Cleaned out old driver files with AMD's removal tool, then installed Adrenalin 18.5.1, still nothing. Eventually gave up and decided to play some other games, but even they are crashing after a very short amount of time. BeamNG and Insurgency both crash to desktop throwing up Direct3D errors.

I then tried monitoring the system while playing, and nothing seemed too out of line. Did a 3DMark Skydiver benchmark which was fine, but when I tried the FireStrike benchmark, the video and audio glitched, hung, then whole pc crashed and rebooted. GPU temps never got to 90C, voltages seemed well within limits, CPU temps appeared fine as well.

Everything was fine before I started playing Infinite, but now its just crash after crash under load. Could something have screwed up with the DirectX drivers (because I think BsI installs some kinda DirectX prereq on first launch)? PSU failing and not providing enough power? Does anyone have any ideas on what the issue is? Please and thanks.
