synapse 3 profiles not working.

Hi i have a razer ornata, mamba TE, and the firefly chroma.

and whenever i try to install a profile from the workbench it only works with the firefly nothing else.

and if i tried to install .razerchroma profiles they wont show up, only chroma effects.

please help
