I want to upgrade my pc. Currently I have a budget of 700 Euros.

My pc right now:

Processor: AMD FX 8350

Graphiccard: MSI GTX 970

RAM: Ballistix Elite 2 x 8 GB 1866

My first thoughts on the new computer are

Processor:        82.84 Euro Ryzen 3 2200g

Motherboard:  118.59 Euro Asus - Strix B350-F

RAM:                68.89 Euro G.Skill - Aegis 1 x 8 GB

Case:                44.28 Euro CoolerMaster- MasterBox MB 600 L

Power Supply:  69.90 Euro Silverstone - Strider Plus 500 W

Graphicscard:   325.00 Euro Asus GTX 1070 Strix

Total :              709.50 Euro

Now some explanetion on why I choose those parts. CPU is cheap thats why. The motherboard, I want to overclock a little bit and I know that there are cheaper motherboards but I like to later this year to get my pc a RGB theme, because we all know the more RGB the more FPS :P. RAM because its the cheapest "good looking" RAM and Im going to buy another stick of RAM the next month its just so the pc runs. The Case, because of the later RGB theme. Thats why I would like a tempered glas case. The Power Supply its one of the cheapest fully modular PSU. The graphicscard, I can get it used for 325 and it goes along with the MB.

So I want to run games on the pc. I dont care that much about FPS that much, but i like to run games on highest possible graphics stettings on my 1080p monitor. The pc should look good so the looks of the parts should fit. Later this year I might upgarde again so the parts should also have a good resale value. So if you have suggestions for other parts it would be nice if you could tell me how much better your suggested pc would perform compared to my current pc or the pc i want to bulid.

Don't get an APU. You are already getting an external GPU.

Thanks so far. I just thougth that the 2200g is a little bit more powerfull than the 1200

That's debatable, but with the Ryzen 3 1200 and a B350 motherboard, you can be sure you won't need to go through BIOS updates compared to if you were to choose a 2nd gen Ryzen CPU.
