Internet Drops @ Random Times

I've started to notice that when I am in a game and in discord, everyone will randomly just stop talking and my game will throw a connection error at me, this is become a slightly usual thing for my internet to just randomly drop out and give no connection for maybe 30 seconds, when this happens, i get the red X over my LAN symbol, then the yellow warning triangle, then its back, I checked my ethernet cable and I noticed that it's slightly crushed by my bedframe so I removed it from there, I tried fiddling around with the crushed part of the cable to see if my internet would cut out and it didn't, how do I fix my issue?

Try a new Ethernet cable? Make sure the cable is in securely in both the desktop and router. Are you using anything like Powerline as a go between?

No powerline, just straight ethernet plugged into the router and the PC. I will try a new ethernet buy my friend said his is all chewed up from his pets and it still works perfectly fine, and mine isn't that badly crushed so idk if thats the issue.
