Help! Strange Windows 10 Bootloader Error

0xc0000221, 0xc000000f, 0xc0000428, 0xc0000098, 0xc0000225 are the constant error codes. The installation USB installs windows, but on reloading into the windows bootloader I receive these error codes. All of the error codes either seem to have something to do with the bootloader, boot manager, and kernel.

I have tried:

- Rufus

- Mounting it directly with cmd

- Updating the chipset and bios

- Downloading iso from MTC

- Creating a USB with the MTC directly

- Downloading win 10 iso from tech support directly

- Rebuilding the BCD

- Fully formatting the USB and the SSD

- USB 2.0 and 3.0 both on the header and the mobo, both on the SSD and a separate HDD

- Using a disc

- Doing a Disk Check

- Doing memtest

I have tried and successfully installed FreeBSD, Ubuntu, and Xubuntu without any problems

I have been installing OS' for many years, and never have I encountered a problem like this. What am I missing here?

Components:

MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V

CPU: Core i7-3770

PSU: Corsair HX750

RAM: Corsair Vengeance - DDR3 32GB 8x4 kit - 1333 MHz

SSD: Samsung SSD 830 256GB

USB: Sandisk Ultra 256gb - USB 3.0

USB 2: Gigastone 128GB - USB 2.0

OS: Windows 10 Professional - 64 bit

Any help will be greatly appreciated

sata config or the port it's on would be my guess.

No, sadly I tried all of the SATA ports as well.

What is your source for windows? The media creation tool?

Yep, both the media creation tool and an iso that microsoft sent me directly, both didn't work

There used to be win 7 installed on that SSD and system and it worked fine, I completely formatted the SSD before installing

Try a bios reset and start again.. The one time I had similar happen that worked and I still never really figured out the cause. I was overclocked but set it all back to normal but it still did it. Once I reflashed the bios (same rom) it was ok. Go figure..
