Fiio e10 vs fiio e17

Hey guys i just wanted to ask whats better for my Dt 990 250 Ohms :).

I will mainly use them on my PC and i ofcourse know that the e10 is better there ,but sometimes (like 30%) i also want to use them on my IPod.

I got the money for the e17 so i might aswell just ask and see whats the best :).

 

These would be my main questions:

 

Is there any diffrence in sound?

Are there some problems with the e17?

How much Ohms can the e17 handle?

And what could drive a 600Ohm Dt 990?
