please help me decide between 3 budget gaming monitors(1080p 144hz):
Samsung S25HG50FQM 24.5''
Lenovo Legion Y25f-10 24.5"
AOC G2460PF 24''

(they are all the same price at my country...)

The samsung one is curved, so buy that unless you dislike curved displays

i dont want curved, and im pretty sure he ain't... i didn't found its mention curved  anywhere...

I'm pretty sure it is... On pcpartpicker the only Samsung 144hz monitors are curved. If you don't want curved than I would get the AOC.
