OK, my tale begins one month ago. I decide to do a clean install of win 10. so I reset my pc to wipe everything. I had just gotten in my Razer Orbweaver and was excited to set it up. I wanted a clean machine and I needed to bang out the cobwebs it had been like 3 years since I last reset anyway. I just wanted to get rid of useless stuff. So I did this now note before I had RAZER devices installed. BLACKWIDOW OVERWATCH EDITION/RAZER NAGA TRINITY. Both worked great had no issues with synapse in the least.

So I install everything that is suppose to get on the pc. I used LIVE UPDATE 6 as its faster for all the drivers and stuff. I flash the BIOS myself using a USB device. Now whenever I boot up my pc the issue is that either there will be not light display or i will get a light display but they will nto be in sync with one another. I open RAZER SYNAPSE GO TO chroma tab and try to select a lighting option and I get no response or change. The only way I can get it to work is by basically going to uninstall the program and then clicking REPAIR. If I do that then it will work for the duration of the time I am on the pc that session. However if I reset the pc or shut it down. It reverts back. No word from razer its been two weeks and they escalated the problem to their tier 2 department. You should see the back and forth I have had with these guys and the stupid pile of case numbers I have. Not to mention now that its on email basis its a long turnaround.

So all of the diagnostic stuff is in a text document under uploaded files. I can past a Killer Diagnostic report and the MSI diagnostic report if I need to. All pertinent information can be found in the DXDIAG document below. Here is a link to my motherboard: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B150-GAMING-M3#down-driver&Win10 64.

I have done a ton of troubleshooting everything from going into device manager and uninstalling each and every RAZER device listed both hidden and visible. and leaving the devices disconnected for a time before reconnecting them. Uninstalling the software completely including the RAZER SDK which I had to do in safe mode and reinstalling it after I connected my devices back to the pc. I'm at a loss I have been dealing with this so long now. I wouldn't even have any RAZER devices had my wife not gotten the keyboard and mouse for me as a Christmas Gift this past December. But my Corsair was failing me and my Logi mouse had seen better days. Since I do MMO and shooters I like the versatility of the trinity mouse. Being able to swap out plates is really nice. Please gods of the internet shed some light of what I can do to fix this issue.

Also once we figure out this synapse 3.0 issue well concentrate on the issue of 2.0. Some of the same issues but cant change the colors under chroma configurator so I just uninstalled 2.0 and set the Obrweaver aside for now.

First off, I have had this same issue. I persist with this issue on my almost identical rig. The difference here is that according to your diagnostic report, have an I5 where as I am running an I7. Makes no difference though. So the long and the short of it will be this, RAZER isn't going to help you mate. They keep putting it off in hopes you will move on and forget about it or an update will solve your problem. RAZER has went so far down hill these past few years its not even funny. I never got this issue fixed, I would like to think that I am no mere novice either.

So I do know and you probably experienced this to your frustration. When you reset windows, and it finished and you plugged in your USB cables, Then reinstalled RAZER Synapse 3.0 it worked until you began to update your drivers for your mother board correct? I bet this happened as it happened every time for me. Killer Nerwork drivers were the biggest pain on my end. I am sure that was the ones that killed my service. Another person was having this happen when they were installing the INTEL CHIPSET DRIVERS. I remember this because we went back and forth trying to troubleshoot the issue. Also your MACRO'S probably wont work as I lost functionality of those as well on my end.

One thing I will suggest that worked for that guy was to make sure everything RAZER related is disconnected during the RESET of WIN 10. Because RAZER will try to install itself mid way through the pc reset then you will have all kinds of fun.

Just don't buy RAZER they stopped messaging me with updates then I message back and had to start the process all over again. Go with Logitech or Corsair. Better warranty and less hassle.

Yeah I noticed that the RAZER program was trying to install itself during the resetting process. They did start making a lot of things in China and stuff. Seems like they aren't even catering to the us market as much anymore. I was a faithful Corsair user. I have used plenty of LOGI just don't get to select what people get you for CMAS.

My issues start when I try to install anything for the MOBO, my BIOS is flashed to the latest version. I can install everything manually or through live update 6 but it seems no matter the way I get the same issue. I'm so lost on what to do with this its not even funny. I posted here because there has to be someone out there with the knowledge. I am glad that I am not the ONLY ONE... Razer specifically noted that they have never had a case like this happen. I should really post all the chat logs they are epic. They ask for info over and over in the same chat message which I already provided them either directly or via the diagnostic report.

I do see service hangs sometimes in the diagnostic report regrading synapse. Maybe something is interfering with the service? I just do not know. GODS HELP ME.
