B350 or b450

Hello, This is my situation: i am planning building my first budget gaming pc around mid july with the ryzen 3 2200g and play on the integrated graphics until i have enough to buy a gtx 1060 3gb but here are my question: i have a friend with an amd ryzen 1300x who could update the bios of a b350 motherboard but i know the b450 motherboards will soon be released.

Just use a b350 motherboard if you already have it.  If not, get a new one because they will probably be within $15 of each other.

Most B350 motherboards have the bios pre-flashed now, as they didn't before because they needed to clear old stock that didn't have the bios. If you find it necessary for a B450 then go ahead but B350 motherboards should have the bios updated, if not, the worst that will happen is it not booting. Also, GIGABYTE has USB bios flashing so they're good choices for flashing your bios. Most come out of the box with 2000 support anyway, hope this helps.
