GlobalShaderCache-PCD3D_SM4.bin file missing

Hi guys. im tryng to play dauntless but i keep getting an error message about a missing file. i dont know what cooked and uncooked means. ive tried running a repair but that didnt help and even troubleshot compatibility. any help would be much appreciated

pc specs:

windows 10 pro 64 bit

intel core i7 m640

4gb ram

Dx12

nvidia nvs 3100m
