I have found 2 pc’s that are around my price limit and that look kinda good, I cant tell which one is better or worse.

(Links are to a Turkish site due to where i live)

Here are the links:

880-075NT : https://www.incehesap.com/hp-gaming-omen-pc-880-075nt-2bx85ea-gaming-masaustu-bilgisayar-fiyati-37186/

E800 : https://www.incehesap.com/casper-excalibur-e800-e83z-770k-b310p-gaming-oyuncu-masaustu-bilgisayar-fiyati-32154/

Please help me about the desicion or maybe a pc that i can build with the same price.

I would get the 880-07NT. For one, the E800 costs more. This probably because of the fact that it has an overclockable CPU (the E800 uses an i7-7700K while the 880-07NT uses an i7-7700, K means that it can be overclocked). CPU overclocking can provide a difference in performance, however not a lot (and almost none just for games, only for content creation). However, the price difference between the i7-7700 and the i7-7700K by themselves is so small, it isn’t worth the extra money the E800 costs (keep in mind overclocking voids your warranty as well). Other than CPU, the parts are pretty much the same, so I would go with the 880-07NT.

The e800 also has a 1070 but the 800-075nt has a 1060

Sorry, I had my page translated into English and it says both use 1070s. I would probably get the e800. Even though it costs more (about 20%), the 1070s performance is also better than the 1060 by 20%, so I would buy the e800. Furthermore, your GPU is probably going to be the first thing needed to be upgraded in the future, so the e800 will last you a little longer.

I found a 800-75 with a 1070 on a different site... thanks anyways
