Streaming and gaming Setup

So I'm currently looking into some upgrades to do on my computer to set me a few years ahead of most I also stream on twitch and I'm wondering Should an I do an upgrade or just do a streaming PC I currently have a Intel I7 7700k at 4.2 GHz 16 GB of Ramm Z170 Asus Maximus VIII Gene mATX board gtx 1060 GB and a 600 power supply. The upgrade I was looking into was I7 8700k with 16gb ZTrident memory and ASUA Rog Strix Z370-E gaming motherboard or should I do a separate streaming rig.

There's little reason to go with an entirely separate PC for encoding your stream, unless you wanna have "uber leet super maximum mega ultra duper legit" streaming quality over 5500kbps NVENC.

So should I go with a better motherboard and a new GPU having the current board I sometimes think it causes issues being a mATX board maybe more ramm
