So after replacing old PSU with corsair tx750m and upgrading my ram to 16 gb. My stuttering (0.1-0.5 sec) reduced significantly, but occasional hitching is still there. Usually games hitches for about 1 min after i enter (like textures are being loaded) and after moving around fast in open world. I tried watch dogs 2, hitching here is very rare even when moving around, crysis 3 is still rare but more often, assasins creed origins also every few min when riding camel, witcher 3 also when moving fast with horse or running to new locations building. I also saw hitching when landing and like 15 seconds when i land in fortnite. But no hitching in games like minecraft, sims 4, legue of legends, resident evil 7. I also noticed after playing game for sometime and not running to new locations, there is no hitching.

I even turned off paging on ram, so i have no virtual ram in hdd, but still it happens.

So is this normal for open world games or should i blame components? Do you think ddr3 16 gb dual channel 1600 mhz ram is causing the issue or poor game optimisation :)? Am i only one having this problems?
