cpu affinity How to set CPU Affinity

Hi, I'm having some problem about setting CPU affinity.

 

I need to set the CPU affinity like this- 1,3,4,5,7,9,10,11

But I can't set it with batch file or with firedaemon pro.

 

Everytime I set it, the App uses only core4.

I tried this command in batch file- cmd.exe /c start " Claymore CryptoNote CPU Miner v4.0" /affinity 75D "C:\Users\rabbi\OneDrive\Desktop\Mining\Claymore CryptoNote CPU Miner v4.0 - POOL\NsCpuCNMiner64.exe"

I also tried firedaemon with Dec value. same result. 

 

I know I can set the affinity in Task Manager. but it's a pain to set it everytime I run the  App.
