Twitch Black bar problem!

every time I WATCH (not streaming but watching the stream!) twitch in full screen it has those black bar left and right and bottom!
I try many streams at 720p or 1080p it has the same problem!
I'm using google chrome and my screen resolution is 1366x768p
other media like youtube or Facebook never have this problem!

can someone show me how to fix?
