It's an older PCspecialists config from 2013, I've left it alone for a while and come back to it turned off twice. Restarting it to the standard "Windows shut down unexpectedly" screen. 

 

It's clean. I take the dust out of it at least every month, it's on  a laptop cooling mat which is on a hard surface, the fan is turning. So it shouldn't be over heating. On neither occasion was it doing anything intensive either. 

 

The battery seems fine too, it's plugged in most of the time any way.

I don't know why your PC would randomly do its self

Fixed it.

Try replacing the drive. I'm assuming it is HDD based and doesn't support m.2 or an SSD of any kind because of the age.
