Ram Scammed ? Ebay

From a quick google search, it appears that Corsair sometimes use Qimonda chips along with the likes of Micron. Albeit, the last posts mentioning Qimonda are from 2007 and mention DDR2...

 

Plug it in and see what you get.

Agree with above, stick it in a Motherboard and make sure the specs are as you bought it. If not then you'll have a good case to get money back.

I mean it wont load if I put both of them bios detects 3264MB and Windows get stuck on loading

What capacity and DDR version is each individual DIMM supposed to be?

 

Also, what does it say in your BIOS?

What OS are you using? By any chance are you using Windows XP 32-bit?

 

Also, try clearing your CMOS (remove the battery on the mobo then put it back).

mate after 3 hours of troubleshooting and replacing CMOS like 20 times. I gave up. they just wont run in dual-channel. Its Win7 64bit
