keeping the computer in another room

So i was inspired by one on of tech tips videos of linus's personal rig, and figured i can do the same. I would like to keep my computer in the basement for a number of reasons. I need some help planning because i can't find guides on what to buy or how to set this up.

My peripheral setup:

Wired mouse & keyboard.

1x 4k monitor & 1x 1080p monitor.

5.1 surround sound speakers.

gaming Headset.

Windows Mixed reality headset (VR headset)

Xbox one wireless controller adapter.

 

My system:

AMD ryzen 1700x

Fatal1ty AB350 Gaming K4 motherboard

AMD RX Vega 56

AMD r9 290x (for recording and streaming)

 

Now, i would like to avoid extension cables as much as possible but still have a "no compromise setup". Any input or guidance will be appreciated.

 

P.S i'm ok with drilling holes in my walls or anything along those lines of DIY.

Linus was using an Elgato Thunderbolt dock/hub for the connection between peripherals and the system. That is the place to start.
