Logitech Profile not working properly

I have a Logitech G102. I made a profile for overwatch where basically the forward button is mapped as "v" for melee and the back button is mapped for DPI Shift.

It worked for about a minute in-game at first then automatically the back button performs melee instead of DPI shift. The forward button also performs melee. 

I checked my profile and it still shows back button mapped as DPI Shift but it just doesn't perform it. I have created multiple profiles for this with same result.

 I have attached my profile below.

Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong here?
