Cpu and dram led debug lights

So my computer started acting up yesterday morning I thought it might have been a fried motherboard or cpu because I was in the middle of a game and my screen froze and it showed chunks of discoloured pixels so I turned it off reset cmos and it worked just fine after that but I left it running all night and when I came back to it the next day the screen was a solid green colour and the pc was frozen again so I reset cmos again hoping it would fix it but now the systems not working I tried following the debugging led to fix it but no luck both cpu and dram leds flash one after the other never at the same time though it’s not the ram because I’ve tested it on a different board recently I thought it might have been the cpu because when I put it back in it wasn’t seated properly before I put the tension bar down and bent the corner of the cpu but I ran the pc after and it worked but now it doesn’t so I was thinking maybe it’s the cpu or the motherboard so if anyone could help with some info that would be great

It could be the gpu try it in a different pc to see
