I have an H100i and I'm not sure where to plug the fans. The H100i itself has a 3 pin connector which Corsair says to plug into the CPU_FAN header. The H100i itself also has places to plug in the fans and control them via Corsair Link. However, if I want to overclock via AI Suite, should I plug the fans themselves into the CPU_FAN connector? Can I plug something into the CPU_OPT such as the H100i and then plug the fans into CPU_FAN? What is the purpose of the H100i's 3 pin connector?

the purpose is so u can control the fans used the h100i to the temperature of the water inside the h100i, honestly using the h100i method is easier cause u can set presets and change it with one click of a mouse button. were as ai suite is much harder as it u have to run tests to set thoughs presents were corsair link does it for you.
