6month PC Black screen why?

Heres my story So with the inflated GPU market I decided to go with a prebuilt. I went against what the most of you recommend but it was cheaper. I am not a do it yourself type.
 I did not want to wait for black friday and 4 months after having a 2011 piece of junk. I got an amazing deal on this pc below around the end of august. It had 1 minor issue which was an air bubble in the pump which went away on its own.
I clicked buy before I saw the return policy which is 30 days. You don't know how desperate I was to finally to join the pc masterrace. I did years of research into parts everything.

Do I replace the PSU?

Today I talked to 3 repair shops only 1 replied. Why do I have to call on a holiday of course 2 of them were closed. So I did talk to someone today the PC diagnosis is $35 plus $100 per hour ridiculous. Is this pricing normal I don't even know.

Other issues include Corrupt Registry and the Ram speed Is set lower and my bios isn't updated.

What is the PSU model?

Lol those pricings are ridiculous but it depends on where you at. 

For example, you can go ask on LTT and have your PC fixed for free

 

Any beep codes? Errors? Can you check in Event Viewer for errors?

Usually I get device display driver failed to start. Updated driver only seem to be a temp fix.
