new keyboard & mouse computer won't load

Can someone help me I got a new keyboard and mouse now my computer wont boot up if they are plugged in it just freezes at loading screen But I can unplug them boot it up then plug in and use just fine .

Try different peripherals. If the same happens, try different ports. If the same thing still happens, then boi I got no Idea.

Thanks for this I had it plugged into the ss ports . I thought they where better that is why I was using them . But changing to normal ones fixed it .
