Keyboard keeps disconnecting

I've recently built a gaming pc (windows 10). My keyboard Trust GXT 830 randomly disconnects from my pc. It works again if I unplug it and plug it back in. I've already changed the setting that windows won't turn the keyboard off to save power. I've used the same keyboard on a different computer with windows 7 for about half a year and it worked fine. I've also tried updating the driver and it says it's up to date. It's also strange that there are 5 HID keyboard devices in the device manager. What should I do? Thanks in advance.
