Asus Strix Z370-E LLC Issues

I bought this motherboard and have flashed the BIOS to version 0606 and I'm getting crazy Vdroop. I have my 8700k delided and set to 1.35 for the Vcore, when stressing it drops below 1.3 for the vcore. I have LLC set to 5 and still this is happening. I googled the issue and apparently it is a known issue with the motherboard, I looked at one video and there were a couple comments saying it was fixed but it is still an issue for me when using the new BIOS. is there something else I need to turn on to fix this?
