Hi I'm Tyler (I hope I post this on the right place)

Here's the deal, my PC's sound worked fine a year ago and then it just stopped working for some reason. I went on google and started searching for solutions and I found one, but it wasn't perfect. Basically for my sound to work I had to press F8 repeatedly on boot-up and then when I'm in advance startup setting I must select "disable driver signature enforcement" and that's all I could find that worked. But it is becoming annoying to have to do this every single time I want to do anything on my PC.

I searched on google for about a year now for solutions on how I can just fix my sound without having to go through these steps and nothing works. I've reinstalled my drivers, reinstalled windows and everything but nothing works.

I use a Nvidia GPU and Realtek sound card.

Please help. Thanx.

nVidia sound drivers are controlled by the nVidia display driver. Reinstall the display driver to fix that.

For the onboard audio, you'll need to find out what your motherboard manufacturer is, or if you have a prebuilt computer like a desktop or laptop, find the audio drivers on their respectful website.

I used Driver Booster on an old laptop a few years back, seems to be the best 'find all' driver suite, but its still kinda intrusive.
