Programmable quadcopter reviews?

That is one of the few I've found, but seems to have serious quality issues, such as engines burning after 4 hours of flight time and erratic drift.

I'm looking to program a tethered quadcopter to carry a rubber ducky in a circle for bow target practice. But I'm sure people will have a million uses for these things.
