Backlight bleeding, ips/va glow or clouding?

normal for ips displays, especially the first gens

This is a Samsung VA panel from 2016.

What would you say this is? My concern is if it's clouding. If it's backlight bleeding i'm ok with it.

if it only happens when the screen has nothing to display ( all black) then it is simply back light bleed

if you see that with a image displayed then its clouding

Just one more question

I've also noticed this grey spot whenever i stand on a tight angle. When i look at the monitor from the front or not from a tight angle, it disappears.

Front position or loking at the monitor from a normal position- all fine

Looking at it from the sides or from above/below- i see the spot

What could this be? Should  i be worried about this or forget about it?

Again, thanks for your help.

here's a closer look:

that would be the angle of viewing, every monitor has a min and max viewing angles before color distortion is observed.

old school TN panels are famous for this and IPS is known best for keeping colors correct at off viewing angles

But just a little spot? Seems awkward don't you think?
