I just finished "recycling" one of my old pc's. I had 5 mixed ssd's ranging from 120g to 250g - I'd like to put them in my main rig, with it's additional 3 mixed ssd mess. To avoid dealing with a ton of disks, is storage spaces viable still for a single giant striped volume? (raid0) Or am I still better off using jbod and just stay organized.

Not worried about redundancy, i back up to a nas.

Thanks folks! :)

If you're not worried about redundancy and a slight performance loss (on SSDs it shouldn't be noticeable anyway), you can just use JBOD as it will give you all the capacity your SSDs offer and it should be convenient to use :)
