Everytime I start my PC ,after I switched off my plugbar, my pc boots double. The first time it just starts and then it shuts off (the fans start spinning shortly) after that the computer starts normally and works fine.

I dont know if it matters:

My CPU is overclocked to 5Ghz using 1.33V.

My Ram (Corsair Vengeance LPX) runs at it rated 3000Mhz speed.

Is this double boot dangerous for my components? Should I be worried? How can I disable this "feature"
