Is my drive dead?

Symptoms: 

Very Unresponsive During Operaton

Makes weird noise then spins up repeatedly (Windows completely freezes during this time) 

OS Boot time is extremely long 

Post time is long

Windows disk repair does nothing even though it says it found errors 

CPU Load goes high right as it spins up

 

Speccy SMART reports everything is all good 

 

Is this drive dead? I’m assuming it is currently. 

 

Although the video only shows the drive makin the noise once I have a longer video of it doing it over and over but the file size is too big.

CPU: R5 3600 @ 4.4 GHz

RAM: 16GB DDR4 @ 3200 MHz

GPU: RTX 2080 Super
