What to upgrade first?

So I have the following

 

CPU - i3-6100

GPU - GTX 1050ti

 

I am going to upgrade my rig with a i5 6500 and a 1060, but I only have enough money to do one right now, which one would help me the most in GTA and FPS games?

i would upgrade the CPU first, since the GTX 1050ti is still a pretty good card. And you are going from a i3 to an i5
