Mechanical Keyboard Suggestions

Hello. I am currently in the market for a mechanical keyboard. Having never used a mechanical keyboard, i am open for recommendations for some good options, preferably, with RGB and under $200 USD. As for switches, I am looking for something that really gives audible feedback, and is tactile. I would prefer a full Number Pad as well, and if at all possible, a wrist wrest. Thank you in advance, and i will be sure to evaluate all opinions given to me :)
