Issue with new TV?

Hello! I am new here so not sure if this is the dedicated section for this kind of question but here goes it.

Recently I bought the LG 60UJ6300, Which is a 4K UHD, HDR Smart LED Tv. My question is, How come my TV looks so poorly when I'm using cable. While I use Netflix the tv looks amazing and great and all, but when using cable it looks rather choppy and not as sharp as it could be. I have tried to calibrate it using an online guide but am open to any suggestions or tips as to what may help me fix this!

cable is analog and even at that, compressed to hell, and even still broadcasted (here) in 480i

Samsung 850 EVO 240 GB 

138 is a good number.
