Wireless addons for Vive?

Hey lads so my vive BARELY reaches my living room from my PC even with the maximum amount of extender cables before I notice any quality loss. I've read a lot about the wireless TP-Cast wireless solution and it being available for preorder (according to https://uploadvr.com/tpcast-us-pre-orders-now-online/) though the links they've provided just have me going around in circles. As an Australian, how long would it take for this type of thing to get to me?
