Best wireless mesh network?

Hi everybody,

 

I want to get a new mesh network for my home. I was googling what meshes are available and there are MANY! I've read pros and cons for all of them, so now I'm stuck. Which one would you recommend and why? My house is approx. 12x10meters and 2 stories tall. The walls are drywall with a wooden structure. I have gigabit ethernet in most rooms so I prefer the units to be wired. Right now I have 2 routers where one is setup as access point but it just sucks. Automatic switching to the strongest signal doesn't work properly.

 

Did anybody ever test a few of the different mesh networks against eachother? Or Linus could you make a video comparing a few popular choices?
