Recently, I got an error message from my BIOS stating that my overclock is not functioning normally, even though it was stable for about a year. And now I'm beginning to think that after adding my gtx 1080 ti to my rig, that I've starved my system for power. Whenever I boot and run heavyload to test my CPU, my computer freezes up for a couple of seconds occasionally. I've noticed this very infrequently during gaming aswell. I tried dropping clocks and power usage to my overclock and the problem persists. Any thoughts?

750 Watt. May just be a coincidence. I think my computer kind of just locks up whenever I'm stress testing because the CPU is at full load

Assuming you dont have a threadripper or core i9 a 750 watt is enough for all ryzen and a 7700k paired with a 1080ti.
