Simple blog service

I'm looking into starting my own personal blog, mostly to keep note of stuff I've been doing and also practice my writing skills. I have been looking into quite a few options when it comes to a blog, wordpress, blogger, medium etc but all of them are 'too much'. I know I can get simple themes but they are still to much for me. I'm looking for the most simple blog, all I need is text and a title tbh and nothing fancy. Any good options? Not looking into buying one so I know I can expect to much but sometimes there are smaller blogger services that might provide what I'm looking for.
