Pc boot times fluctuate

My nans pc has a really weird boot time, it can take anywhere from around 15 seconds up to 2 minutes to cold boot and i have no idea whats going on, ive ran cleaner applications and turned of any heavy startup program yet its so goddamn random, anyone got any ideas whats going on, thanks
