CSGO Unusual lagging

So, I have been playing CSGO from 3 months, using the same Data Plan and same PC. It ran okay (although it's a potato but playable) but, from 3-4 days it's lagging too much. I am Getting High Ping and Var (See attached screen-shot) and in result missing shots and feeling miserable (not because of completely toxic-free CSGO community). I checked my Data connection (OKAY), Reinstalled Steam and CSGO (DONE) & reduced Resolution to 800x600. Please help me I am going nuts.

As themctipers said, check your CPU usage. What kind of internet service do you have, and how is it connected to your PC?

That's your problem. Also there are some pretty high CPU spikes.

Oh yeah; games don't require much in the way of upload speeds. It only really needs good ping.
