Commander PRO USB Hub Help!

Hello! I need some help with drivers for the Commander PRO. As I am sure most will know it connect to USB 2.0 herader on your motherboard to communicatre to Corsair LINK and to utiliize the 2 USB headers on the PRO. My problem is the USB Hub driver in Windows 10. I am currently running and H100i V2 and want to monitor with the Corsair LINK. On my Z270G Asus ROG Strix Mobo i have 2 USB 2.0 headers that work perfectly! They both allow corsair LINK to see and make changes to the Commander PRO and my H100 is functioning perfectly on. The USB hub driver is giving me the following error.... Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)... I have performed the following steps to resolve my problem

 

uninstalled and reinstalled the device using the manager

Updated BIOS and all drivers to the most current driver state

Disable USB Selective Suspend in power management

Disable USB Selective Suspend to the device itself in Device Manager>properties>power management. 

Had a replacement sent via RMA from Corsair

Removed power supply from mother board and CMOS battery for reset. (this resulted in a new error but reverted on a subsequent restart....error 31)

Disconnected all other devices being powered by SATA on MOBO

 

All steps have resulted in the same problem. I would suspect my motherboard except the EVERYTHING else works perfectly on both headers. Does anyone out there have an idea that I may not have thought of yet?

Silly question possibly, but do you have the Commander Pro powered via the SATA connector?

Does Link see the Commander Pro, if so, have you done a firmware upgrade?

LINK sees and controls the commander pro perfectly. firmware is newest version.

I think I have the same issue, I've got a problem where with my Asus Strix x470 board my Commander Pro internal USB headers aren't working. It works fine in another computer. Did you ever find a solution (please)?
