Splash screen not showing

Swap the ram

When I booted my pc after getting home I noticed that my monitors were showing no signal even after waiting for a moment. I then searched it up online and found that a faulty graphics card can sometimes be the source of the problem, I then took out my graphics card and connected my monitor to my motherboard instead... Still nothing

After thinking about what the problem could be I realised that the CPU fan was not running at the custom set speed from within my bios, also the pc would have to be force shut down by holding down the power button in order to turn off.

I am thinking that the problem may be a faulty motherboard but I am not sure if there are any other ways of fixing it.
