I have a Dell S2417DG monitor (TN Panel based) that has a dead or stuck pixel. The pixel in question is:

Black on a black background (blends in perfectly)

Red on a white background (noticeable)

Red on a red background (blends in perfectly)

Black on a green background (stands out noticeably)

Blue on a blue background (blends in perfectly)

This leads me to believe that it's a stuck pixel and not dead (correct me if I'm wrong). However, after running some videos that cycle through red, blue, and greens quickly to try and revive the pixel, I have had no luck.

Any ideas?

Correction: It's slightly green on a black background.

I've tried light rubbing and flicking with no luck.

Could it somehow be undead? A sort of zombie pixel that sort of lets out certain kinds of light, but it's not a stuck pixel or a dead pixel?
