Best $100 Earbuds

Looking for some earbuds, budget is $100. I want good balanced sound quality (none of that bass boost) and noise isolation, active noise canceling is not required. I'm thinking Shure SE215s right now, but I want suggestions.

I personally wouldn't bother spending that much on headphones, I'd go for something cheap but well reviewed something like the Panasonic RP-HJE125
