New built not working

First of all I'm sorry for asking so many questions and 

secondly I like to thanks u all for help 

thirdly I have another question

so I finished building a new pc 

asus prime b350-A motherboard

ryzen 1600 

120gb ssd

1tb hdd 

and 500w Evga battery 

no gpu yet as it get delivered tomorrow(hopefully) 

so I decided to turned it on (plug into my monitor) for the first time and this happened 

*watch vid* ps the display doesn't turned on I waited like 1-2mns

so I did some research and I found nothing

I assume you mean power supply, not battery.  Did you hook up everything correctly? Is the monitor on?

I think so and yes the monitor was on and sorry the power supply

Ryzen has no integrated GPU....

Oh I read something about that and than I read something about motherboard got no integrated gpu and I got lost thhhhhaaaannnnkkkkkks mmmmannn I thought I broke it

Beat me to it ^ but yeah. If it's a new PC< if you've got your old GPU laying around, use that for now. 

 

Although:

Nah first desktop since I was 6-8 now been rocking the good old gaming laptop (trash after a year) so don't have anything right now till tmr thanks for replying bois and grils and .. idek. We will see what happened tmr again thanks my dudes peace out ?
