Windows keeps adding a second keyboard language.

Hi,

My Windows 10 (1703) has been persistently adding and switching from a Swiss keyboard layout, which I've set as default, to an American layout every day since about a week. I've never installed english as a language in Windows nor ever used an american keyboard. This is getting really annoying, as the two layouts are fairly different. I'm assuming that Windows detects that I mainly type in English and therefore feels the need to make above mentioned switch. Does anyone know the real cause of this and/or how I can disable this idiocy? (BTW the only way I can get rid off it is to select the american layout to be actually installed in settings and then to remove it again...)

I am aware of that thanks. However that's not my issue... Windows automatically ads the american keyboard layout and sets it as the used one. And I don't want to be able to switch between layouts, I only use the swiss layout. Therefore I don't want Windows setting anything as a secondary keyboard layout...
