Component video switcher Recommendations

Greeting, 

 

In an effort to make my retro gaming hobby a bit more effortless i want to set things up to output all of the consoles at the same time to the TV.  Problem is i have several consoles 6-7 that will need to export component to the same TV. 

 

Does anyone know of a single switcher that will accommodate multiple inputs?  I'd prefer at least 8 inputs and that it doesn't add any noticeable input lag to the set up.  So far i've only come across 4 port switches which would mean i would have to daisy chain them to make it work; which even under the best case scenario, would add noticeable lag.

 

Any suggestions would be nice, especially from those with retro setups themselves.
