RX VEGA OR....................???

Hey all....alright so i have around $700 to work with and i need some advice. I want to get RX Vega but i am unsure whether to get the reference card when it comes out soon or aftermarket in Q4 (I could wait for aftermarket to come out if cooling is bad on reference but i really dont want to wait). On top of Vega im thinking about getting 8GB of RAM to my total to 16GB cause rn I cant even open a game and effing chrome at the same time! (really pisses me off), unless this isnt a system memory problem and a video memory problem (cause i only have 1GB on my GTX 750 currently). That should leave me with around $240 so i was thinking about getting an xbox or maybe a monitor cause the ones i have now suck af. LMK what you think...HONEST OPINION please!

if that was my $700. I would personally go for the Liquid RX 64 and knowing that I can gasump the price up if I wanted to sell it! and make a profit to go toward the Asus  RX 64 16gb!

what do you mean 16GB? I thought they were only 8GB of HBM2
